Japanese Persimmon & Acerola Smoothie

This is a perfect autumn seasonal smoothie!

Hello,Friends!

Autumn is here and we are so spoilt with lots of tasty in-season fruit and veggies. 

Persimmon is a seasonal fruit that is high in rich in vitamin C, high antioxidants that  helps to prevent colds and protects the immune system.Acerola berry is also a great source of vitamin C.

I also added fresh ginger and cinnamon to enhance blood flow and increase body temperature.

Here is how to make it!

 

2 Persimmon

50gr Pure Acerola

1  Big slice of Ginger

1 Orange

1/4 tbsp Cinnamon

1.1/2 cup Water

*you can also use Warm Water if you prefer.

  1. Use a peeler and remove the persimmon’s skin and leaves.And cut the persimmon into cubes.
  2. In a blender add the persimmon, squeeze the orange and place all the ingredients into a blender. And blend it until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle cinnamon and decorate with acerola berries.
