Summer Drink to Beat the Heat

When the summer heat hits, there's nothing like cooling off with a refreshing summer DRINK.

As summer is almost here, I want to share with you this refreshing tomato juice summer drink recipe that you can make to cool yourself down.

Tomato juice is rich in nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin B and potassium. It’s also an excellent source of antioxidants, such as lycopene, which helps to reduce inflammation and your risk of heart disease. Be sure to buy 100% tomato juice without any sugar.

AcerolaΒ  Berry is also a great source of vitamin C. It contains 34 times more vitamin C compared to lemon juice. Acerola is also high in antioxidants and polyphenol which can help to improve your skin health and reducing inflammation and slow down the signs of aging. Acerola has aΒ  refreshing acidity taste that pairs really well with the sweetness from the tomato juice and strawberries.

If you don’t have acerola berry in your country dont worry it still taste deliciousΒ  without it. Here is how to make it!

300ml γ€€Tomato Juice

100gr γ€€Frozen Acerola

1/4Β  γ€€γ€€Apple

4 γ€€γ€€γ€€StrawberriesΒ 

A pinch of salt

  1. It's super easy! In a blender add all the ingredients and blend it until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into your favorite the glasses and ENJOY IT!!
