Tofu Cream Cheese Ingredients 400gr. Firm Tofu * (drain the water overnight 350gr) 4Tb Coconut Oil 1/2 of Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp White Miso 1 Tbsp Salt Optional Ingredients 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill 1 Tbsp Onion Powder 1/3 Tbsp Black Pepper Instructions 1)The day before over night drain the water from the Tofu. Besides the fresh Dill blend all the ingredients in the blender until a smooth texture. 2)Transfer to a Tupperware add the fresh Dill and cold it the refrigerator for at least one hour before serve.

Vegan Omelette 🐣🌱 3T Chickpea flour 1T Tapioca Flour 1/4 Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast (optional) 1/4cup water Seasoning with Salt & Black Pepper Filling with 3-4 Mushrooms Sautéed and 1/4 Avocado mush but you can fill it with any other ingredients of your choice. Instructions 1) Besides the filling ingredients add the ingredients in a bowl stir until there are no lumps. 2)In a small fry pan sauté the mushrooms or (veggies of you choice)with olive oil sauté and set aside. 3)In the same fry pan medium heat add a bit of olive oil add the vegan omelette mixture grilled it until it’s golden brown flip and grilled it for another 1-2mits. 4) Add the filling to one half of the vegan omelette mixture then fold one side over to cover the fillings. Cover and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until it’s cooked inside! Enjoy!!!

Instructions 1)In a small saucepan combine all the ingredients 🅰️ stir it well. In low heat bring it to boil for about 2mits. 2)In a bowl add the ingredients 🅱️ and pour the chai chocolate.Cover it for 4mits or until It absorbs most of the liquid! 3)Top with your favorite Toppings and Enjoy😋 Hope you guys would like
2 portions ingredients Soft Tofu 120gr Kombu dashi 5g Cherry Tomato 4 Glass Noodles 30gr Kimuchi 100gr Grated Ginger 1tbps Spring Onions 15gr Water 2.1/2cup Assembly with Spring Onions, Back Pepper and Sesame Oil. Instructions ⑴ In a small to medium pot add the Kombu Dashi Powder,Tofu,Ginger, Cerry Tomatoes and cook it for 2-3 mits. ⑵ Add the Glass Noodles mix it well and cook it until the noodles are cooked enough. ⑶ Add the Kimchi and Spring onions cook it for a bit serve in a bowl top with Spring Onions,Black pepper and drizzle a bit of Sesame oil😋

It’s good option for who has nut allergies or for those who are moderates their intake calories😉 Ingredients Quick Oats 120gr Chia 10gr Tahini 30gr Coconut oil 30gr Maple syrup 40gr Kinako Powder 40gr Cinnamon Powder 1tbps Nutmeg Powder (optional) 1/2tbps Salt 1/4tbsp *Hemp seeds for topping (optional) Instructions 1)Place all the ingredients in the food processor and blend it well. 2)add 1.1/2 tb in the Saran Wrap twist and roll it into balls shape. 3)top it with hemp seeds or your favorite topping. I had to try the Triangle Grilled Tortilla everyone is doing right now!!!!😆 ・ I Always have tortilla in my fridge cuz it’s so practical,super easy to make it just adding your favorite toppings and grill it! ・ This was my time making the tortilla this way and I think I’m already addicted!!!😍😋
Tofu Scramble ingredients for 2 persons 250gr Extra Firm Tofu 1/3 Turmeric powder 1/3 Garlic powder 1/3 Paprika powder 1/4 Salt 1/4 Paper 1 tbsp Olive oil 3-4 Mini Tomatoes 3-4 Brown Mushrooms Instructions 1) Pat tofu dry and roll in a clean, absorbent kitchen paper towel with something heavy on top, and keep in the fridge over night. 2) use your hands to break up the tofu in a small bowl with the ingredients besides the olive oil and mix it well. 3) Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat add in the tofu and cook on medium heat until most of the water has evaporated. 4) on the side of the fry pan add the tomato and mushrooms salted with a bit of salt and drizzle some olive oil and sautéed. * Serve with your favorite toast and enjoy it😋
